      Better sell the rig for a road bike. You can join the mamils on their Sunday “fast group ride” where someone occasionally hops a pothole.

      Looks like you’re just stiff from not ridin for a while?

      But best I can say is you are trying to move your BODY around in the first clips to have ‘sty’… But you have to move your BIKE around and try to keep your body tight in one spot to actually have sty.

      Try to keep your limbs and everything compressed in and then lean the bike over in various ways.

      Also ideally start with the euro table/downside table to get the feel of jumps back. Then move on to your whips and normal tables and whatever else. I always feel like some scrubs and downside tabes open you up and get you loose again after a while off the bike.
