Hi, I have a ‘HOLMAN FRAME BAG L/XL’ from Chrome and wanted to swap out the Velcro for a lace-up top design with paracord instead.

It’s got nylon/molle webbing on the top, right?
step 1: get paracord
step 2: wrap paracord through the nylon webbing and around your top tube, using whatever patterns you like.
step 3: after wrapping the length of your frame bag, tie a knot to keep the paracord from coming undone.
step 4: finish however you like.
