First top down, rebuild

First time doing a complete rebuild on this Scott Boulder. Been looking for an excuse to buy these Sims Works Homage tires and this was the perfect home – see original blue tires in the before photo. Most importantly found a home for the stem bottle opener that’s been rattling around in my spare parts for far too long.
