Thats now your old, former wheel. You dont want to be riding on cracked rims. Time for a replacement.

I had a dt swiss wheel do this recently. My LBS charged me $120 for a new DT rim, new brass nipples, tubeless tape, and to cleanup/regrease the freehub. The breakdown was $60 for the rim and $60 for labor.

Why do people keep asking if it’s safe to ride with cracks in critical components? It’s already failing! And it’s not a small ding or scratch because you bumped into something but it’s caused by mechanical overstress.

You may be over-inflating your tires. I had the same issue (on a different set of rims) and that was my wheel builder’s at my LBS was. I used the tire pressure at Silca (https://silca.cc/pages/app-tire-pressure-calculator) to determine the correct pressure.
