Try loosening your chain.
Sounds like either your chain is WAY too tight or you have 1 or more chainlinks that’s rusted solid..
take your chain off and inspect it for stiff links. All links should move freely with no play.
Worth asking what the condition of your drivetrain is. Is your chain worn? Is it the proper width for the chainring and cog? Is it aligned? Are the teeth on your cog/chainring worn?
