Is this aligned? When in the small cog big chain theres rub on the outer front derailur. H limit screw is turned all the way out already and i cant physically move the derailur any furthur.

The front derailure looks to me like it’s not straight in line with the chain.
I think you need to twist the derailure’s band clamp so the rear end of the derailure cage is slightly farther from the wheel.
