Old trek bike saddle would sit flush and straight. Installing the new one I can’t seem to get it level. I cleaned out all the parts. When I tighten the nut that’s when it starts to angle up. Not sure if this saddle is meant to be angled a bit up. It’s comfortable to ride this way. Any suggestions if I’m doing anything wrong ?

It’s on backwards. You’ve got a setback seat post and you’re pointing the offset forward rather than rearward.
Your seat post is in backwards first off. Loosen the lever to remove the seat post, remove and reinstall the saddle loosely the correct way and then reinsert seat post into the frame. Then level out the saddle and hold it in position while tightening the hex bolt at the saddle clamp/rails.
