Damn, nice bike. If you can bring just frame to any reputable welder than it’s very easy fix. TIG welding this will take 15 min (with prep).
I had Peugeot bike once and it was a really good bike with just one issue-most of the parts were French sized and since those were and still are not common replacing them was major PITA. I traded it away.
