Simple answer is – yes. Replace. Likely others will start to crack if they aren’t already.

Yes. You should fix every possible issue you’ve noticed if you’re about to leave on a two week bike tour.

As long as that crack is there your inner tube is assuming structural duties. That will not last long, and failure could be catastrophic to you and/or your bike

i would renew the Rim before id go for a 2 Meter bike tour. srsly.
