How do I fix my profile mini hub? Seems there is some kind of ring broken, and when i tighten my bolts when it’s on, it’s impossible to pedal(either literally impossible or extremely hard) And some cracking noise. Can some one please tell how do i fix my hub

Looks as though there could be something in between the cone and the bearing, take the bolt out and remove the bolt and cone and see if that’s the case if not the cone should just go over onto the axle and sit against the bearing and all should be fine. Profile and madera hubguard aluminum and cones work the same way in the sense they go over the axle or onto and have a lip on the inner to sit against the bearings to not cause any friction.
If that doesn’t help you can also remove the driver by just turning counter clockwise after you take the bolt and cone out and see if there’s a washer in beeen the back of the driver and huh bearing. It appears there is one because of the gap in the driver and hub shell but just something else if you still have issues. Hope this helps!
New Cones required, they’ve likely flattened so they’re now just tightening down on the bearing.
It’s a classic profile issue and has existed for decades.
