I sold everything but 3. I realized I don’t need much more than:
1) the Allez. My go-to bike. Super comfortable, super fast. Very few places it can’t go (runs 32s)
2) the Fuji feather set up for tracklo, basically if I’ll be riding on rougher routes and don’t want to risk damaging the allez
3) a old Peugeot single speed I basically just use to tow my kids trailer, take him out on rides
I can’t imagine what more I’d need. I toy around the idea of buying a roadie but don’t really need much gears in FL. If I got another bike it’d simply be to add to the collection, but I’ve done this before and seems like a waste to just have a bike take up space and barely get ridden. If anything I’ll retire the allez Frameset eventually and replace with something else if it tickles my fancy. Same for the Fuji- currently eyeing maybe a Skream ranger or crust lightning SS to replace it just for better clearance.
