Hey! Just got my bike, but I’m struggling a little with the assemble. Please keep in mind that this is my first time assembling a bike.
I am trying to install the Iridum dropper seat but it seems like the cable is to tight. I can’t pull it up, even with pincers. In the manual it says I should un tighten a screw in the top part of my rack, but it seens like the screw isnt there at all?
I’m afraid to damage the cable, and the support centre is not open. What should I do?

I took off the handlebar so I could get the cable out of the frame, but it seems like the inner cable is too short to actually get up in that round thing in my seat?
Yes, the book told you to tight up a screw and the screw isn’t there at all.
Can you please check the bottom right of the page? The screw for seatpost clamp is in a small package. It’s literally on the manual book page.#12
