Some bikes can “lock” the suspension. If not, sell it and get a non-suspension bike ?

Other than replacing that suspension fork with a solid fork, no. Finding a solid fork with suspension-corrected geometry and V-brake bosses might be difficult and I suspect kind of expensive. You could theoretically swap out the spring in the rear for a section of thick-walled pipe, and then threadlock and torque the hell out of that preload nut, but personally I absolutely would not do that. We can’t be certain the frame is built strong enough to absorb that kind of force. It looks like hi-tensile steel, so I personally suspect it is not.
You could stiffen up the rear suspension significantly by increasing the preload nut tension, but other than that I don’t think there’s a ton you can do.

No. That bike isn’t worth putting work into, if you want a bike with no suspension trade this bike for one.

You can cut a piece of square tube and replace the shock with it.
Or, not really removign suspension but pretty easy – tighten the spring preload as much as possible, this will stiffen it a lot. Preload is that big silver serrated plate.
