Been riding on this Schwalbe Marathon Mondial nearly 4 years now, but mostly commuting, probs around 150km per week, around 35 weeks per annum. Never had any single issue, but noticed these minor cracks, apparently there is no way back and would need to replace. Question: how urgent does this need to happen and what’s the risk I’m taking if not replaced?

Yes I would be looking to replace
I am not a bike expert, but this looks past minor cracking.
Brother. You needed new tires 3 years ago
If you are headed out on tour, replace it now.
On a commute? The risk is not too bad and you could catch a ride if it happens in the middle. If you start to feel thumps, pull over.
The rubber is dying, the canvas is probably still fine. It’s not about to explode but it could fall apart under heavy braking and it won’t grip as well as it should.
It is certainly less safe than is ideal.
They look dry rotted. If they were sitting for a long time before you put them on they won’t survive their normal life span. There are added chemicals that make the rubber soft and they evaporate over time. This makes the rubber brittle, the tires could start falling apart the next time you hit the brakes
