Ultegra 6800 crank arm moves forward while pedaling causing screetching sound. All chairing bolts thightened. I dont seem to understand how it can relocate itself under pressure if it is tightened by bolt. Any suggestions?

Yeah don’t use that crank anymore they had a major recall for it
