Sorry for the bad pics, I can't really make out any of the stickers/logos on the bike since it's so rusty and how bad the paint is, I have however made out the word "Kazumi" on the seat post but I can't seem to find anything else about it on the internet

Hard to say, these photos are kinda terrible and won’t give any closer details. All I can say is that style of brake was more common in the seventies and earlier, and was pretty much not used after the very early eighties.
Can you take more photos of the lugs, drop-outs, stickers, and components?
Do you have a story about why you care what bike this used to be? Or just a random find?
Given the centerpull brakes, stem shifters, cotterpin cranks, and stamped steel rat trap pedals, it was a consumer grade 10-speed from the late 70s-early 80s. Not a great bike then, definitely not now. It will cost you more to restore it than it’s worth. Clean up what’s there and sell or trade it.
Bro worst pictures you could possibly take lmao
