foreign view of Cardiff somewhere down there there’s about 27 000 people doing the half marathon give Cardiff whereas me I’m up here in the hills on my bike cool thank you these stones got a little bit of water that’s really these Stones quite slippy I’m being here and God I can’t remember the last time I wrote this about three years ago back on the month so I’m doing this blind cool way to go here these little bit of rain and these stones the line along here it’s wet a treat outline foreign [Applause] foreign thank you oh sorry hey thank you foreign thank you

  1. Great ride you had and seeing some colleagues hobbling in to work today I'll opt for MTB every time. I like to ride from my home but the north west side of Cardiff doesn't have the same abundance of good off-piste wooded tracks, best I've found is Taff Trail at Radyr through Pentyrch woods and up to Tyn Y Coed and session that, rather than dice with cars to get up to Smaelog.
