Vittoria Mezcal 29×2.1 front and Vittoria Terreno Mix 29×2.0 rear. This is my bike for Northwoods Wisconsin gravel. First ride on these was good, the first real test will be this weekend on a ride from Hayward to Cable.

ok, i thought i had an interesting trek. this thing is fkn sweet. love the rigid fork, have you kept the suspension fork for chunkier trails?

Keeping hoops and tires and tire pressure the same do you notice the purportedly smoother / less chattery ride that some claim?
How about lack of lateral stiffness when cornering (seemingly more a mtb complaint)?
