I think I could haggle the price down a few hundred, what do you guys think? Wanna use the bike to do shorter rides (20-30mi) and train for Little 500. Also interested in maybe doing a decycle trip one day. I'm 5'3 female, 54cm is usually a fine fit. Is this a good choice?

I’m surprised that as a 5’3″ person that a 54cm frame works for you. It is more common for 5’6″ to 5’9″.
