
My calf muscles continue to dance and twitch like mad for a few hours after my long rides. I’ve been trying different suggestions found online to mitigate it (mainly hydration, nutrition, electrolytes, and stretching related), but I’m not having any luck.
Anyone have any tips on things that worked for them?
Suggestions to combat dancing calf muscles?

try stretching and pickle juice.
