Hoping to add a rack to my bike, this is an old aluminum bianci cross bike, I was wondering if I could put a rack on these and put about 20-25lbs on it, the riding would be commuting on road, so nothing huge, but these seem like they're only meant for fenders, would love to know if anyone has used these for a rack/seen this style fail. Thanks!

Those mounts look beefy a.f. For 25 pounds, I’d definitely go for it. Heck, the Blackburn seatpost rack is rated for 22lbs and doesn’t even have any vertical supports.
Yeah I would not hesitate to put a rack on that.
Yes. If the seat post alone can hold 25 pounds I’m fairly confident 2 mig welded mounts can hold far more weight
A bike mechanic told me that the issue is more the screws sheering off and not the rack or rack mounts. But this should be fine for 10kg or so.
