Micro bubbles in one syringe. When I pull a small vacuum the bubbles get worse and just seem to spawn. Can I still successfully bleed the system with this issue?
Pic shows syringe on the right is pretty clear the one on the left has a ton of small bubbles that won’t go away.

Yes. Definately wont help the bleed. Let it sit.
The effect of bubbles appearing when pulling on the closed syringe is called cavitation and it’s recommended to do it, then tap the syringe to make them go to the top and push the air out.
My take as a longtime mechanic (professional for a good bit) is to push on syringes for 99% of your bleed.
If the syringes aren’t sealed well, pulling can bring outside air into the system. Pushing will only make a little mess where the syringe threads into the lever or caliper.
