I have a brand new Canyon Grail CF SL 7 in my living room right now and have not managed to get the packaging off as yet because I can’t, for the life of me, figure how to get the thru axle off. It’s shipped with non removable levers on both the front and the rear. I’ve tried turning it counter clockwise but I just see the whole thing turning. Has anyone had this issue?

Seems strange, but why dont you contact their support? They have a chat function and are quick to respond… It works when you switch language and country to Germany/German, they speak English as well.
Very strange! Are sure it’s even engaged; perhaps you just need to pull it out of cardboard? Also some thru axles have removable handles…could that be the issue? Are you pulling out on the handle at the same time you’re turning it??? I honestly can’t think for anything else so say!

Sounds like the threaded insert on thr drivetrain side might have come loose or something. Can you see any movement of parts that shouldn’t be moving over there?
