My inner tube has been punctured three times, always close or in the same area What could be the problem?I doubled the rim tape and lowered the tire pressure But that’s how it happened
Have you thoroughly inspected the tire? Could be something embedded in the rubber that isn’t visible and only pokes its sharp little head out as the tire deforms while you ride.
A good trick is to rub a piece of cotton wool along the inside of the tire while you use your hands to manually squeeze it open, the wool will catch anything sharp should show you the location of something embedded in there. You can also do the same on the rim itself, see if there’s any burrs etc that are causing problems.

You may have something in your tire that keeps puncturing the tube. Feel around the inside of your tire for something sharp.

Maybe bad rim tape let your spoke holes cut the tube. You said you doubled the rim tape but that should not be necessary if it were done properly the first time.
