I’ve been riding a 40 year old steel Univega that’s about ~62cm. I’m 6ft (182cm), 33in inseam (84cm) and 210lb (95kg). The Univega was too big for me but I mad do. I just bought a Endurace CF7 Disc, size Medium. Was on the edge between M and L but my inseam kept me at medium.
The bike feels a bit small – but I may just not be used to a normal sized bike. I feel a little scrunched up and over the bars. My legs and knees feel much better than my old bike (did 30mi Sunday and felt pretty good) but i feel like too much weight is on my hands and I’m having a bit of lower back pain. The back pain isn’t serious and goes away if I take a stand break after ~10mi.
I posted picture on the levers/drops of both my new bike and old, would love some feedback.
I haven’t tried a new stem yet but considering getting a Giant OD2 120mm that will fit on the 1 1/4 stem and seeing if extending the reach feels better

I’d go to a bike fitter. Bike seems on the shorter side but there is room to play with. I’d lower the stack and increase the reach, but that may not shit your flexibility. A bike fitter will know 🙂
