I’d be concerned about hi tensile steel forks. The frame you can get away with being steel, it’s super common on lower end bikes, but forks I wouldn’t cut any corners

Like another user said, go used.
You can find loads of better quality used bikes on the UK market, lots of folks here putting bikes together to ride out for a vape and then never ride again. Money instead of brains for a lot of them.
They then wait a year and sell it cheap on wastebook market or somewhere else. You can grab a bargain and have a much much better bike for the same price as one of these high tensile steel bikes which the bearings will blow out of within minutes of trying to bunnyhop.

Just go second hand or save up for a custom.
Buying a complete and upgrading is not worth it.
