After riding mostly 650b I wanted to try 29 so I got me a set of Hunt carbon wheels and for me 29 is superior on a bike like this on the terrain that I ride. I also now see the value of a good crankset, the difference in quality between the WI cranks and the SRAM NX ones I usually have run is palpable. Not cheap upgrades but so far I have 0 remorse and 100% stoke to ride.
