I go out most days just for.this reason.

One of the best drinks I ever had was a cold 2 liter bottle of coke, full of sugar.
It was hot, I was fairly dehydrated, I had been out on a high tempo effort for a good few hours, and the shop I got it from had a tree I could sit under right outside.
No regrets.

Ngl, at least half the reason for my cycling addiction is that I can somewhat guilt-free feast on junkfood afterwards (beware, it’s actually a bad habit as my bloodwork confirms)
