Just installed this fork and decided to take it out for a ride. When I pressed the front brake mid way through I felt the handlebar move forword and checked out it. Turns out this happened. Only the top bearing got destroyed. What should I do. Thanks.

Go to a bike shop and ask them to fix it.
If you’re not sure what to do then it’s time to take it to a bike shop.
Plus one on take it to a shop. But based on photo #3, I think you are in for some bad news. Looks like the frame may be damaged. Hope it isn’t
Get a new complete headset and headset cups. Make sure the crown race is correct on the fork and put it back together. Or do as others mentioned and take it to a shop.
