Someone has done a nice job of cleaning it up. However 550 is quite high for a late 90s road bike. Triple cranksets are finicky to tune. I would probably pass on it. Looks like a dealer/flipper and I don’t think that they would take 200-350 that most of bikes of this era sell for.

That thing is OLD! Cool bike, but it depends on your use case. It looks really well kept.
