Most larger brands offer bikes of varying qualities and at varying price points. It doesn’t mean the brand is awful.
That said, I can’t speak for Stolen as I’ve never owned any of their stuff.

Just like everyone else said, varying levels of bikes for varying prices. I only have the rampage front wheel and it’s held up to my riding, but I can’t speak for anything else.

I bought a bike with pretty much the same specs and it’s pretty solid, I still run the high ten frame, forks, and bars.
I hit a tree at 26km/h, hard enough to rotate the bars and stem 90° from the forks and tire, yet not a single part bent or cracked except my single wall front rim. And it only had a slight wobble.
Unless you plan to be doing large drops/jumps all the time it should be fine.

Stolen are a nothing brand, BUT I fucking love their metal pedals. Sealed, replaceable pins, good size/shape and affordable. I run them on both my commuter bikes (not BMX), never had an issue. Seen a few customers bikes (also not BMX) come through with Stolen grips on them, and they seem alright too.
I got them a while ago and they were a bit cheaper but I’d still get them now.

You’ll be hard pressed to find any mfg making a bike with any amount of chromoly for that price, that is a base model entry level bike and one of the cheapest on that site as well. Stolen makes alright bang for buck bikes in my past experience but if you want high end specs expect high end prices (at least 2-3x that amount if buying new.) That same $280 however may get you something pretty decent in the used market.
