Wondering if anyone has insights into how I may order a replacement part (see photos). It appears the entire male part can be Allen-keyed out since the buckle belt is stitched in. I tried looking online and was unsuccessful. Thanks in advance for any assistance or help with redirecting this query to a more appropriate sub.

I don’t understand exactly. I contacted Ortlieb customer service about a similar issue, and they sent me a replacement at no charge.
