Basically the wheel won’t move by pedalling.
It started minor after stopping it took a second to get going but now it’s doing nothing. No resistance. Is it fixable?
Whats wrong and how to fix?

Freehub isn’t engaging
Looks like a freewheel rather than freehub and cassette?
Either way the ratchet isn’t engaging. If it’s a freewheel, just replace it, they are fairly cheap. If it’s a freehub, look into servicing/replacing it. It could just need cleaning which you can do by soaking it in solvents then oil, then regrease the bearings if you can’t get it fully apart.
