Bought it thinking I could handle the assembly, as per the video: [https://www.canyon.com/en-au/customer-service/mountain/stoic/](https://www.canyon.com/en-au/customer-service/mountain/stoic/)

showing how to assemble a bike with derailer and cassette installed,

But mine had the derailer hanging loose (safely wrapped) and the cassette floating loose in the box.

I’ve never replaced a cassette.. I’m guessing I’m off to the local bike shop to assemble?

Disappointed.

It appears that your cassette may have come off. This is common for some DT Swiss and Fulcrum wheels. You can probably just put it back on. Here is a relevant video for DT wheels https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXJ2ao-Iq14
