I want to go bike riding with my girlfriend, I bought her a panama jack cruiser bike but it’s slightly too tall for her. (I already lowered the seat post down).
shes about 5’2.
any tips on how i can make it comfortable for her to ride?
Thinking about geting different handlebars, a thinner seat, and maybe 24 in. wheels to replace the 26in ones.. but i like the matching look of the stock wheels.
any help is appreciated. ty

Get a [pipe cutter](https://www.amazon.com/Cutter-Bicycle-Repair-Handlebar-Cutting/dp/B07ZXC4DLW) and cut 2 inches off the seat post. Make sure to mark a new minimum insertion length.
Lower the seat post even more but also rotate the bars backwards so the grips are horizontal or pointing slightly downward.
The bike appears to not have a front brake, that’s a safety issue.
Have you tried lowering the seatpost?……
where’s Toto? For some reason it reminds me of the scene in Wizard of Oz when Dorothy is riding her bike with the dog…
