The bike and shock in question are not in production anymore and can’t find any information whatsoever. The bike is a Rockrider 9.9 (2012) and the shock is PRESUMABLY an [X-fusion O2 RL](https://www.vitalmtb.com/product/guide/Rear-Shocks,35/X-Fusion/O2-RL,10374). I mainly use it for enduro riding and the bike makes an awful noise when is picked up from the ground. When removed the shock bushings don’t have a tight fit on the shock, so they move and make noise.

What’s the best way to buy or make new ones that are the exact sizes? They are similar to these ones.

  1. Remove all the hardware from the eyelets. Measure the following on the shock:

    – Diameter of the eyelet (usually 15mm, but many other sizes exist)

    – Width of the eyelet (usually 12.7mm, but many other sizes exist)

These values should be equal on both the top and bottom eyelets.

On the bike, measure the following:

    – Outer diameter of the bolts used to mount the shock (usually 8mm)

    – Total width between the surfaces in which the shock bushings are mounted (could be anything from 22mm up to 50mm++).

You now have all the information you need to order a new set off bushings off ebay or aliexpress that should fit your bike exactly.
