Practice getting the front wheel higher off the ground. It helped me to run some drills every time I ride where I lift up the front tire only to gently set it down. Part of lifting the front tire is the momentum you send backward. Currently I see you only send your momentum up and down like a simple jump, I did that for weeks and it wasn’t bad it just wasn’t right. Send your weight BACK and you use your arms as stabilizers so the bike will pull up. Try pulling the bike completely up and hop off the pedals to stand on the ground holding the bike perpendicular to the ground, try to get creative about how you can control the bike with your core. I’ve seen folks say it’s not totally in your arms, you can get away with little hops doing that but to get real air you have to use leverage by pulling BACK on the handlebars to pull the wheel up.

Time is your best friend. No one’s going to be good after 2 weeks. If after 6 months they haven’t improved, then u start to worry
