I have SURRON storm AND ultra bees. I strip off the road legal parts but only added full wrap KTM hand guards (plastic type). I think these are essential for my riding. Itโs rocky, mountainous type terrain but Iโm not racing. I donโt want to add unnecessary weight.
The included protection is sufficient except hand guards if fitted.

Unfortunately people riding like that is the reason why most places (national parks, forests, adventure trails, etc) end up banning bikes / riding.
