During a ride with a friend, I had an unfortunate crash.
My 2 month old Endurace CF 7 carbon frame broke and is irreparable. The rear wheel is broken but could probably be repaired by my local bike shop. All other components seem to be working just fine.
My friend was responsible for the damage. Now my questions is: does Canyon’s crash replacement work in this case? On their website they state that they don’t do it for crashes that involve other people.
Do people in Germany have experience with the crash replacement. Did you ship your entire bike or just the frame? How was your experience?

They’ve shipped the frame and gave me up to 350 euro to swap. I had a defect on my frame from factory but it was the same protocol. Crash replacement should be available in your case. Phone Canyon tomorrow at 8 am (+49 261 94903000 it’s their german support Hotline and this will work better than an email)
