Hello everyone,
the day before yesterday my new Neuron On CF7 was delivered. The front wheel and handlebars had to be assembled and air pumped into the suspension fork. So far so good, saddle adjusted and set off.
While driving I noticed that between 2-3 gears the chain often didn’t shift properly. I wanted to take a closer look after the tour. When we came back I noticed that on the highest two gears the chain was resting on the frame or on the guard and had worked its way in nicely…
I will complain about this tomorrow because the components were already installed that way. But is there anything I can/should do about it myself? Did I forget something during assembly?

It’s fine. Set up the sag for your body weight and it should be fine while you sit on the bike.
