I need new brake pads for this old Shimano Exage Sport brake, which one do I need?

Any road brake pads will fit, including the ones you linked. But I don’t like Shimano brake pads, they wear out rims faster than SwissStop. So I would recommend either getting cheaper brake pads if you’re just trying to save money on an old beater, or get SwissStop if you don’t mind spending money for the best brake pads.
Either SwissStop “original black” or “BXP” pads will be good for you. There’s no meaningful difference in my experience.
I’d either install Koolstop Dura or Dura2 with their holders: [https://www.sheldonbrown.com/harris/brakeshoes.html](https://www.sheldonbrown.com/harris/brakeshoes.html)
or Swissstop [Blue BXP](https://www.swissstop.ch/tech/compounds/bxp/)s, both are superior in wet/dry braking performance and rim wear than Shimano. Also [clean ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w147ScAUjNg)the rim wth either fine steel wool or an abrasive [sponge ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=la9cqpc15KI)to get the gunk out.
Tuns im Prinzip alle, die zentrale Frage ist, wieviel Bremsqualität du haben willst. Welche dann das Gewünschte liefern – gute von Shimano, Koolstop, Swiss-Stop – wird dann zum schnell zum akademischen Diskurs ([exemplarisch hier](https://www.rennrad-news.de/forum/threads/welche-bel%C3%A4ge-f%C3%BCr-felgenbremse-shimano-105-r7000.166705/)). Ich mag SwissStop Blau ganz gerne – von der Bremsleistungs und die schwenkbaren Bremschuhhalter sind auch ganz nett. Wenn du schon dabei bist: Bremse (ab- und auseinanderbauen und) reinigen sowie neue Hüllen ud Zügen wirken ebenfalls Wunder.
Shimano BR-6403 (Y-83G98010) are cheap, soft, work very well.
They do not damage the rim.
Die alten Mechaniker bei uns würden gar nichts anderes in Erwägung ziehen.
