That’s not a haro lol. Looks like some generic department store bike that’s been dressed up a bit. Unsealed American BB and unsealed headset are big giveaways on modern bmx bikes.

I did some reading of my own because well I am old and was curious. So apparently, the company is out of business and the Brand is Encore. The model according to the serial number is the Strutter. It only comes in red so obviously some painted the frame. Good luck and ride it until it breaks.

Even a Walmart bike can be a gr8 starter bike. Once you start getting better than upgrade, till then have fun with this one. Ebay parts can be cheap if you wanna style it a bit.
