Snapped the BB splines clean off, how to remove from here?
I was trying to remove the bottom bracket from my Giant Sedona using the BBT-22 and without a huge amount of effort, half of the splines snapped off with the tool. Is there any way of removing this BB or is it now one with the frame?
Remove the side cup (non-drive side cup) on the other side. Then try penetrating oil on the cup on both sides & retry the splined tool.
If the splined remover, then destructive removal of this cup. You could drill holes and try making a pin tool or the equivelant. Or try a chisel. Or….

65% of the splines are still there. You can try using light taps with a hammer in both directions.
You can use a drill or the most extreme version is melting the plastic till it becomes loose.
