I’ve backpacked with pannier bags in the past but am looking to go without on this trip. Invested in the cargo cages up front and a basket to attempt to even out the weight.
– Do you think my back stack is too tall?
– Any pointers on the bags on the front racks?

Looks like too much weight too high over the rear for my liking. I’d replace one of the rear bags with a frame bag.
How do YOU like it? How’s it ride?
Seems like a lot on the back rack to me. I’d probably either pare down my gear or throw the rear panniers back on. Unless you’re riding singletrack, it’s just a matter of fashion unless you’re willing to ditch some gear.
