A single speed cross bike is a very specific sort of bike. This one is sort of kludged together. Are you sure you want that? If you do verify that it has clincher wheels/tires. Tubular tires are common on cyclocross bikes. Unless you have experience gluing up a tubular they are a pain in the ass. It is also a bike for a tall person 6’3″+. It seems like a high price to me.
