Have you looked at the supacaz line from specialized? They have some mint cages and might have tape to match. PNW components might have the right mint tape too.

You could also search for the color “celeste”, a color made popular in cycling by some Italian brands.
I used to have a black Bianchi with celeste accents (Via Nirone) that I converted into a gravel bike. I accentuated it with so celeste/turquoise components.
