Slap some risers on it and you have great entry level fixie bike. Over the time you can replace the parts with better (more colorful) ones.

Two handlebars for the price of one?? Great deal imo. You can also upgrade to nicer wheels with actual spokes later. Ask if they’ll throw in a pizza rack and I think you got yourself a bargain.
