Cycling UK saying 20 mph saves lives. Does this apply when cyclists overtake me in the middle of town when I am driving at 20 mph. This started as a joke but it is happening.

All these repressive moves can be traced back to the declaration in 2017 of a "Welsh Climate Crisis" and net zero. The ULEZ and 20 mph and pay per mile are all about netzero. We need to challenge the entire basis for these crazy policies, not each policy as it rolls out. There are many more in the pipeline, we need to stop ot at source.
