I don’t want to have to face the responsible adults at my LBS. Not sure if this acceptable to run, but I just don’t want to go through the trouble of sourcing a new axle/cones. I wanna ride ASAP
I wouldn’t personally, but it’s not like, dangerous, just crunchy ¯_(ツ)_/¯

You should do it right the first time, this time.

Replace them….and don’t forget new bearings.

That’s trash bro. Toss it and get new cones and bearings (or possibly a new hub)

It’ll run fine for a long time but will never be perfect. Definitely replace if possible. If not possible don’t lose sleep.

I wouldn’t re-use that. At a minimum you need a new cone and balls. If the cup is similar then it’s new hub time.

That cone is trash. Riding it is going to damage the cups – which is likely going to ruin the wheel. I’m not sure about the cone on the other side but if it has any pitting replace it. Replace the balls too. If the cups have pitting get a new hub/wheel.

It’ll eat new bearings.
Amazon has those with 1 day delivery
You can ride on that until the new parts show up
