Even the cheapest tool should have been able to unscrew that. Derailleurs are supposed to come off quite easily. You could get a better tool, but I’m afraid your problem is bigger than just the tools you’re using.
And with as much force as you seem to need to use, I’m afraid it could also affect the hanger as well.
Are you sure it was threaded in correctly the first time around?
Maybe try spraying some deseizing substances in there if it really was screwed in properly the first time around. And when installing it back, please use grease.
But either way, something is very wrong in there.

Assuming that wrench wasn’t much softer than a typical piece of steel: Soak in penetrating oil for 12 hours, then handheld electric impact with a well-fitting high quality hex bit.

Here’s the Avant-garde option in case a good soak of Dubyadee doesnt do it. That derailleur hanger is soft alloy, remove the hanger with the derailleur and carefully cut it away from the stuck bolt. A new hanger will cost about a tenner and you don’t risk rounding your derailleur bolt.

Dang. Definitely need better tools. I like my Pedro’s hex set. Or you can use bits with a ratchet or impact.
